Warranty Instructions

Replacement Process

In case your replacement request is approved, we will initiate a pick up of your old unit from the same address as registered with us that is the address on which your order was delivered, pick up will be done by our courier partners that will call you’re directly and coordinate with you to come and pick up the old unit from your address, once the old unit gets picked up you can inform us and share us pick up receipt given by the courier pick-up executive, once you submit us the receipt we will arrange to send the new unit on the same address and will inform you about its courier tracking details. We provide only 1-time replacement in case of manufacturing defects, any other replacement request or incident shall be chargeable @ 25% of the original purchase price, within the warranty period or out of warranty as the case may be.

Terms and Conditions

Aulten International warrants to the original domestic purchaser of the Automatic Voltage Stabilizer that it is free of defects in workmanship and materials. During 12 months from the date of purchase, if the automatic voltage stabilizer is identified as defective in workmanship and/or materials, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge on intimation to the company/company’s nearest authorized service center. This warranty is subjected to limitations of warranty and may even be considered void as under-

1. We cover only manufacturing defects under warranty.

2. Misuse in accordance with its specifications/abuse/burning of the unit is not covered under warranty.

3. If the equipment has been serviced, repaired, opened, or tampered with by any unauthorized person.

4. If defects arise/caused by accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, and/or any other act of God / natural calamities.

5. The company is not liable for any incidental or consequential damage.

6. This warranty does not cover damages caused to the cabinet or any trouble arising from misuse of the stabilizer by overloading or repair effected by unauthorized persons.

This warranty is issued subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts and/or other judicial / quasi-judicial forums having jurisdiction over the registered office of the company. This is the ONLY WARRANTY covering the equipment given by the company.
